We offer comprehensive, unhurried eye examinations delivered by experienced optometrists with over 50 years of combined clinical experience.
With a focus on continuity, we aim to ensure you see the same optometrist at each visit, allowing for a more personalised and consistent approach to your care.

A thorough, unhurried eye examination including refraction to check your prescription, alongside a detailed look at your eye health to pick up any early signs of problems.
We’ll guide you through the best options for your vision, from spectacles and lens choices to whether contact lenses are suitable. If needed, we can also recommend treatments such as dry eye care. And if anything needs further attention, we’ll arrange the right referral—either in-house, to the Hospital Eye Service, or your GP—so you leave feeling informed, reassured, and confident in your eye health.
We’ll guide you through the best options for your vision, from spectacles and lens choices to whether contact lenses are suitable. If needed, we can also recommend treatments such as dry eye care. A personalised contact lens assessment to find the most suitable lenses for your eyes and lifestyle.
We’ll discuss your options and insert a free trial pair, ensuring the fit and vision are just right.
If you’re new to contact lenses, we’ll then guide you step-by-step on how to safely insert and remove them, along with clear advice on wearing and caring for your lenses—so you feel confident and comfortable from day one. You’ll then be able to take your trial lenses home to wear over 1–2 weeks, giving you time to get used to them before we finalise your prescription.
If you’re new to contact lenses, we’ll then guide you step-by-step on how to safely insert and remove them, along with clear advice on wearing and caring for your lenses—so you feel confident and comfortable from day one. Want more from your lenses? You can easily upgrade to thinner, lighter materials, add anti-glare coatings, choose Transitions (Reactolite) lenses that darken in sunlight, or go for polarised lenses to reduce glare and improve comfort outdoors.

- Full Manufacturer’s GuaranteeEvery pair of glasses comes with a full manufacturer’s guarantee, giving you peace of mind from the moment you collect them.
- Non-Tolerance GuaranteeFor patients choosing varifocal lenses. If you find you’re unable to adapt, we won’t leave you struggling. We’ll happily change your lenses to single vision or bifocals at no extra charge. If you decide to move to two pairs, you would simply pay for the additional reading frame.
- Ongoing AftercareOur care doesn’t stop once you walk out the door. We provide ongoing aftercare for as long as you have your glasses — from adjustments and fittings to advice and maintenance.
